NEW VEXT APP UPDATES

As part of our natural evolution of VEXT, we are delighted to showcase the new updated login process, making it easier to access our app and unlock our range of perks and benefits that are included as part of owning VEXT. 

This article will dive into the updated experience for new users so without further ado, let's get into it!

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

1. Firstly you’ll want to head to the VEXT App here.

2. The updated App now gives users the option to login with an email address/password and also through social logins: Email, Google & Discord.

3. Once you have selected your preferred login method, you will be sent a verification email, to confirm the sign-up process.

4. Once verified, create your password

5. Once logged in, you have the option to choose your username, if you decide not to use a custom name, then by default you will be given a randomly generated one.

Congratulations, you have now successfully created your account and can now explore the VEXTVERSE. Please note that most features will also require you to own VEXT to engage with the other parts of the ecosystem. A breakdown of how you can buy VEXT is shown in the next section below.

BUYING VEXT

1. Once you have logged in to the app, head to the sidebar and select “Buy”.

If it is your first time using the wallet then you will need to complete a verification check. Dependent on how much VEXT you wish to purchase this may require you to use a form of photo ID such as your passport or driver's license.

2. Select your local currency, enter the amount you’d like to spend and select “Buy VEXT”.

3. You will be re-directed to Transak who is our payment gateway provider. Choose which payment method you would like to use.

4. Depending on the value purchased you may be required to complete a simple KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If this is the case, please follow the step-by-step guide on the screen. Post approval, you can proceed to Pay. If your KYC is already approved, then you will automatically be directed to pay.

5. Enter the correct payment details and once you’re happy with the details, proceed with the payment.

6. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the VEXT App and will need to wait a minute for the payment to finish processing.
